Stacey Berger

Founder & Formulator, Sum of All

Stacey Berger is the founder and formulator of Sum of All, a skincare brand created to support women’s skin through menopause. She has more than 24 years of experience in global product development, formulation, and manufacturing for leading beauty and personal care brands.

Before founding Sum of All, Berger served as Vice President of Product Development at EIG Personal Care, a division of EI Global Group, where she led formulation and manufacturing across skincare, haircare, and body-care categories. Her earlier career included leadership roles at Mullner LLC and EI Global Asia Pacific, managing international product launches and supply chain operations.

Her focus is developing effective, ethical skincare designed for the unique needs of women during their midlife.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Berger continues to oversee formulation, ingredient sourcing, and brand innovation, collaborating with medical experts to advance menopause-focused skincare.
